The Directorate of Youth Affairs, Christ Apostolic Church, led by the Director, Pastor Peter Olanrewaju, PhD, and conference delegates from Nigeria to the Republic of Benin, were received by the Customs Area Controller (CAC) for the Ogun 1 Area Command, located in Idiroko, Ogun State, Comptroller Godwin A. Otunla, in his office on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
On their journey to the 2025 CAC International Youth Conference for Benin Republic Center, a committed member of the church, and official at the division, Inspector Paul Adesina, while ensuring smooth passage of the delegates through the borders, led the Youth Directorate to the division’s top office.
Comptroller Otunla who warmly welcomed the Youth Director and his team, shared that he is an Elder and a committed member of Christ Apostolic Church where he has been growing for years.
In his response, the Youth Director, Pastor Olanrewaju, appreciated his kind gesture, assuring that the testimony of his warm reception would be delivered to the Church Authority.
The meeting fostered new grounds and relationships for ministry and the growth of Christ Apostolic Church into the Republic of Benin.
Prayers were made by the Youth Directorate, for the Comptroller, the Ogun Customs Division, the Nigerian Customs Service, and Nigeria at large.
