HOW YOU TREAT YOUR JOB WILL DETERMINE HOW THE JOB TREATS YOU

“He becomes poor who deals with a slack hand, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” — Proverbs 10:4

Your job is not just a task list — it’s a mirror of your values and a measure of your stewardship. The spirit with which you approach your work determines the spirit with which your work responds to you.

When you handle your assignment with honour, heaven takes note. When you approach it carelessly, life withholds its reward. The job you complain about today may be the very platform through which God planned to elevate you — if only you handled it with reverence.

How you treat your work is how you treat God’s trust in your hands.

Because all work — when done rightly — is sacred.

Many cry for promotion, but few pass the test of faithfulness in little things.

Many pray for opportunities, but despise the ones they already have.

God doesn’t bless labour alone; He blesses the heart behind the labour.

Before asking God for a better job, ask yourself:

Have I honoured Him in the one I have now?

Do I show up with excellence or entitlement?

Does my attitude reflect gratitude or complaint?

The truth remains: your job will only rise to the level of respect, passion, and faith you invest in it.

Do it as unto God, and you’ll see what God can do through it.
